1. Overview
This Privacy Policy sets forth the principles and terms pursuant to which Logikdesk Solutions, a sole proprietorship carried on by Mr. Jitender Kumar (hereinafter 'Logikdesk' or the 'Company'), processes, stores, utilises and otherwise handles personal data collected or received in the course of the operation of the website www.logikdesk.com and the provision of services, and applies to all individuals whose personal data is processed by the Company in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, by electronic or manual means; by interacting with the Site or engaging the Company's services the data principal thereby consents to the processing described herein to the extent such processing is lawful.


2. Scope
This Policy governs personal data collected from visitors, clients, prospects, vendors, contractors and other third parties (collectively 'Data Subjects') in connection with the Company's online and offline activities, and shall operate in conjunction with any contractual provisions to the contrary in a particular agreement, save that where such contractual provisions guarantee greater protection to Data Subjects, such provisions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict.

The Site and Services are not intended for persons below eighteen (18) years of age and the Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data of minors; if the Company becomes aware that it has obtained personal data of a minor without verifiable parental consent it shall take measures to delete such data promptly.

18. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
